A Re paint commission we did some time ago was this Soulgrinder. The piece was used, painted and in bad shape, so it wasn't easy to remove all the paint (I' m guessing it was glue mixed with paint!!!). No, seriously I'm thinking glue was used heavily on this piece, while on the back were he has something like engine it had "webs" all over..
Anyway, fortunately the new "owner" of the mini liked a weathered look on his models, so after we cleaned as much as we could the model, we painted it with heavy weathering effect.

Also i have to mention, at that point i was learning how to take proper photos of our work but still i couldn't (and still can't!!) "catch" all those different shades in red. I painted his skin with oils cause i wanted a vivid and "colorful" result but unfortunately i couldn't take a picture that all this different colors would shown :(

Anyway i m posting some other pictures too with close ups etc.. I hope you 'll get an idea of  how the skin and overall the mini looks  from a close look.. :)

Bloodcrushers of Khorne were also used and painted but as they were metallic it was easier to remove the paint than it was for the "big guy" .
As they were ment to suit with the same army, we went for the same kind of "dark" look. We painted the Bloodletters different shades of red from the  Juggernauts  so they won't look like having the same skin. But unfortunately it doesn't stand out in pics as in real life :/ (at least i couldn't take the proper picture :( )

Anyways, at the end we loved the final dark result that we went for and so did the client :)
So here are and some pics of the Bloodcrushers. Hope you like it too!!!
